![]() I was so aggravated I canceled my subscription and requested a refund that I am still waiting for 1 month later. I had to argue and show proof that I purchased a 2 yrs subscription. After this mess was fixed I learned that my 2yrs subscription was cancelled. When I again called Drone Mobile I was told my account had been deleted and my friend was the only authorized user for MY ACCOUNT that I activated and paid for with MY credit card. After the new unit was installed it would not work. After several conversations with Drone mobile representatives, once being hung up on, and approximately 30 minutes for each call before I could speak with a representative, a manager finally agreed to send me a free updated unit to have installed in my truck. ![]() A few months into the subscription I was told the current unit in my truck was now out of date and I would need to purchase and install a new unit for a "discounted price" of $29.99. I had a friend added to my account, who also had a Drone Mobile product, so this friend could also unlock my truck on his phone app. Once you have registered your vehicle to DroneMobile, take a screenshot with your phone of the 'Vehicle Info' page, which shows your serial number. ![]() It is important that you keep a record of your DroneMobile serial number. I purchased a drone mobile unit for my truck with a 2yr app subscription. Make sure to find the serial number, which should be 10-12 digits and starts wit the letter 'J'. Hey you've gotten me, but I WILL NEVER subscribe to your services ever again!!! I will post this review wherever I can, and if I can help one person, I feel great! Prime and LT remotes as well as all other remotes have a 1 year warranty. Otherwise, pro remotes have a 2-year warranty. Take your money and leave you hanging attitude. This is by far the worst follow up customer service I've ever experienced. It took everything of me to take a chance with a subscription which I was going for the 3 year deal but opt for the 1 year instead. Wanted to write my review on the app but guess what? You've got!!! Unable to even write a review because they've got it set up that all you can review is the few bad comments and the 4.6 stars. I've even left voice messages between all this, no call back. 6 days later i followed up because i received no calls, left the trac-it number for reference still no call back but i get the same email instructions on hard rebooting today like now 7 days ago. I followed all required steps for hard a reboot, completed a trac-it ticket and explained what I did and the response on the email was we will get a response within 24 hours. I received a notification a week ago that all DroneMobile app beginning with 204 is experiencing command failed issues. I really hate spending money and having crappy products and support, really sucks that companies dont care anymore. I am promised now that a manager will contact me, that was more than a week ago. ![]() Well that was 3-4 months ago and still nothing, not even a phone number to speak with anyone. Disagee and it goes nowhere so I have to accept the 6 month credit. They state that they see communication and will only credit 6 months and not the remaining year but it has not worked by this point for almost a year. Requested the subscription be cancelled after not being able to get it working in over 6 months. Stops working, they find that the module came lose, fix and it happens again and again and we are told its the design and it will continue to happen. Originally worked good, but started having issues and then it required a module upgrade and more issues started.
